醫務衞生局局長盧寵茂以數據反駁有關護士學生「畢業就失業」的說法。他表示，去年向醫管局申請註冊護士職位的大約2100人，當中99%獲得聘用。另外，對於外界有意見指，護士被非本地培訓人員「搶飯碗」。盧寵茂說，這只是「口號式」說法。
