5 Emmerdale spoilers for tonight reveal Jacob and Sarah's exit decision

Emmerdale spoilers follow from Thursday's episode (8 October), which is available to watch now on ITVX and YouTube but hasn't aired on ITV1 yet.

In tonight's Emmerdale, Jacob and Sarah face a big decision about their future following Charity's release from prison.

Meanwhile, Sadie and Robert find themselves in a race against time to track down Jimmy's missing money, and Billy shows his support to Gabby.

1. Jacob and Sarah are on the move

Jacob and Sarah spread the word that they're considering leaving the village now that Charity is a free woman again. Although Sarah is happy that Charity is safely home, she doesn't want to live in such close proximity to her.

Dismayed to hear that the young couple could be turning their back on Emmerdale, Aaron starts to consider an alternative option for them.

2. Emmerdale Farm gets new residents

At Aaron's suggestion, Jacob and Sarah agree to move into Emmerdale Farm – cementing their place in the Sugden revival and giving them some much-needed distance from Charity.

With Aaron, Robert, Serena, Jacob, Sarah, baby Leyla and Matty all living under one roof, will the arrangement work out?

3. Sadie and Robert follow a new clue

When Nicola receives a call from the golf club where Jimmy used to play, an eavesdropping Robert realises that it could be the location of the missing money.

Sadie and Robert rush off to gain access to Jimmy's locker, but they're interrupted when Nicola and Rodney arrive.

By the end of the episode, viewers discover who gets their hands on Jimmy's cash…

4. Billy tries to support Gabby

Billy is alarmed when Laurel lets him know that Gabby's fixation on supposed "healthy eating" reached dangerous levels.

Feeling sad that he treated Gabby badly and missed all the signs, Billy decides to pay her a visit in hospital to show that he cares.

5. Gabby's guilt grows

Gabby regrets her recent actions as she continues to recover in hospital, but she soon hears that there's another consequence she hadn't considered.

Billy reveals that Laurel is having to talk to Dotty, who watched some of Gabby's social media reels and was affected by the misinformation. Gabby feels terrible as she realises that she's potentially endangered her little sister.
