EXCLUSIVE: At long last, we’re getting a Bobby Lee comedy special — the first hour of his 30+ year comedy career, aptly titled Bobby Lee: Finally. It’s slated to premiere exclusively on Hulu on November 27.

In the trailer, which you can view above, Lee riffs on growing up with immigrant parents who speak with no filter. No word yet on what else he’ll be discussing. But he taped the special at the Balboa Theater in his hometown of San Diego, CA, as we first reported in January.

The special is produced by North Hill Productions and directed by Louis Katz. Lee exec produced alongside Bill Burr and Mike Bertolina.

A beloved Korean American comic who’s been hitting the stage for decades, Lee has spoken previously about the fear and self-doubt he had to overcome to tape his first special. It’s been a big year for him, as he also recently embarked on his first-ever headlining tour and introduced The Bad Friends Game Show — inspired by his hit podcast Bad Friends — along co-host Andrew Santino.

A cast member on Mad TV for eight seasons, Lee has been a series regular on Splitting Up Together and Animal Practice, with recent TV credits including And Just Like That…, Magnum P.I., Reservation Dogs and Tires Season 3. Additionally, he’s been seen of late in the the Green Day movie Nimrods and the David Spade-Theo Von comedy Busboys, with the Jim Belushi film Karate Ghost upcoming.

Also known for his podcast Tiger Belly with Khalyla Kuhn, he is represented by CAA, Leviton Management and Schreck Rose Dapello.
