男子筲箕灣燒臘店盜現金判囚5個月警方曾無條件釋放被告官質疑檢控延誤

一名38歲男子涉於前年3月，在筲箕灣一間燒臘店偷竊現金6500元，事隔2年被控盜竊罪，案件今日（18日）在東區裁判法院判刑。主任裁判官張志偉指，案件並不複雜，檢控延誤並不合理；被告坦白承認控罪，雖有多項刑事定罪紀錄，但自稱會洗心革面，故判處被告5個月監禁，賠償事主6500元。
