政府就美容及健身服務的預繳式消費合約，建議透過修訂《商品說明條例》引入7日冷靜期，進行為期兩個月的公眾諮詢已結束。商務及經濟發展局局長丘應樺在本台節目中表示，美容及健身業界均非常支持，就預繳式消費合約設立7日冷靜期。至於規管合約金額的門檻，他表示，要再研究，期望在明年上半年向立法會提交方案。
