King, Queen express condolences over passing of Dr Siti Hasmah
KUALA LUMPUR: Their Majesties Sultan Ibrahim and Raja Zarith Sofiah have expressed their condolences over the passing of Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohamad Ali.
In a post on Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar's Facebook page, the King and Queen prayed for the deceased to be showered with Allah's mercy and placed among the righteous and faithful.
Their Majesties also prayed that the deceased's family be granted strength, fortitude and patience in facing the loss of their loved one.
Dr Siti Hasmah, wife of former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, has passed away at the National Heart Institute (IJN) here today.
