The Latin Alternative Music Conference (LAMC) has set its dates for 2027, and Billboard can announce them exclusively on Thursday (Oct. 29).

Following a star-studded 2026 edition that featured artists such as Julieta Venegas, Trueno, Milo J, La India and Luck Ra, the LAMC will return next year from July 6 to July 10 at the Intercontinental New York Times Square in New York City.

As usual, the five-day event — which will be celebrating its 28th anniversary — will include panels, workshops, showcases, networking opportunities with key industry leaders and like-minded music lovers — and, of course, live music.

“Every year we see familiar names from our industry, but also a lot of new faces,” LAMC founder Tomas Cookman said in a statement. “It’s where indies, majors and the kaleidoscope of genres and artists that form what is Latin music today come to meet. The LAMC helps provide opportunities for the next generation to directly interact with the players of today.”

Additionally, the LAMC is expected to announce its Wonder Women of Latin Music Class of 2027 honorees, recognizing the women making an impact in the Latin music industry. Billboard’s Leila Cobo, Ingrid Fajardo, Sigal Ratner-Arias, Isabela Raygoza and Jessica Roiz are among the more than 140 professionals who have been recognized over the years.

Registration is now open for the 2027 LAMC, with special prices for a limited time in support of the music community: $99 now through Dec. 7, $199 Dec. 8 through May 28, and $299 May 29 through July 8. For more information and to register, click here.
