Clavicular Posts Video After Being Charged With Rape and Drugging: ‘Theres Better Ways to Make Money Then Suing Someone’

“Looksmaxxing” influencer Clavicular has shared his first video on social media since news circulated Monday that the online personality had been charged with rape and drugging in Massachusetts.

In the video posted to both TikTok and Instagram, Clavicular includes a compilation of screenshots of text messages with a contact named “Leksy,” a video of himself with the text, “Theres better ways to make money then suing someone because they don’t want you,” and a photograph of a handwritten letter with text reading “Interesting…” Underneath the post, he wrote that “Greed is a sin” in the caption.

On Monday, when outlets first reported the charges, Clavicular posted to X, writing, “Happens to all successful young men, people try to come for your money. Greed is evil.”

The charges against Clavicular were first filed on Sept. 8 and show that the influencer (whose real name is Braden Peters) faces one count of rape, one count of drugging someone for sexual intercourse and one count of procuring liquor for someone under 21 years of age. The alleged offenses occurred on May 23, 2025, and an arraignment is set for Oct. 14. Clavicular is not currently in custody. Clavicular’s representative, Mitchell Jackson, told NBC News that he “has not been physically served.”

While the victim was not named in accordance with Massachusetts law, reports have found that the timeline may match a civil lawsuit brought against Clavicular by 18-year-old influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, who had accused him of battery, fraud and sexual misconduct in a series of events that took place in 2025. In July, Clavicular denied the allegations and filed a motion to dismiss several counts of the lawsuit.

In recent years, Clavicular has gained online attention and internet fame, notably on TikTok, thanks to provocative videos that show the 20-year-old “looksmaxxing”: injecting substances into his face, bone smashing and other practices.
