The actor, known for her roles in Heroes, Nashville and Remember the Titans, was 36. She was found unresponsive at an apartment in Greenville, South Carolina, on the afternoon of 16 August. Emergency responders attempted advanced cardiac life support for more than 40 minutes before she was pronounced dead.
