It had already been stated by several sources earlier today that the clubs had edged closer with a new meeting to discuss the structure of the terms.

Those details have seemingly now been resolved, according to Fabrizio Romano, Sport Mediaset, Sportitalia and more.
As confirmed, the total fee comes to €20m including performance-related bonuses and add-ons.
Lucumi had agreed personal terms with Juventus, set to earn €2.5m per season plus bonuses, and had his heart set purely on coming to Turin.
It was his determination to come to Juve that allowed them to ultimately get the deal done for only €20m, when the original asking price had been €25m, and before that the release clause of €28m.
The Colombia international is now expected to undergo his medical tests over the weekend and complete the transfer.
His contract with Bologna was set to expire at the end of the season anyway.
