Live Nation Entertainment (LYV) announced the pricing of a dual-currency debt offering comprising $730M in 7.125% senior notes due 2032 and €600M in 6.125% senior notes due 2032.

Both tranches were priced at 100% of face value.

The offering is expected to close on October 15, 2026.

Obligations under the notes will be fully guaranteed by Live Nation and its existing and future domestic restricted subsidiaries that guarantee its senior secured credit facilities.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to redeem in full all of the company’s outstanding 6.500% senior secured notes due 2027, cover related fees and expenses, and support general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment or repurchase of additional debt.
