Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham are all chasing more huge signings as we edge ever closer to the January window. Arsenal are being linked with a shock swoop for Bazoumana Toure, who only joined Newcastle in the summer. There has also been another potentially key new development over Julian Alvarez, while Arsenal have been boosted in the race for Antonio Nusa.

Lisandro Martinez could leave Manchester United after his remarkable outburst that followed the Champions League defeat by Atletico Madrid, while JJ Gabriel is said to want to join Real Madrid. Chelsea will have to spend big on Alex Scott after Bournemouth’s surprising U-turn, while Lamine Camara has been urged to still make the move to Stamford Bridge as the Blues also eye ex-Tottenham defender Luka Vuskovic. Liverpool could try to hijack Chelsea’s pursuit of Scott, while a high-profile return to Anfield for Trent Alexander-Arnold continues to be rumoured amid links to Pierre Kalulu.

Tottenham and Manchester United could battle for Croatian striker Dion Beljo, with Spurs also said to be tracking Christian Kofane and Alex Baena as Real Madrid and Barcelona both chase Pedro Porro. Follow the latest transfer news, rumours and gossip live below!

Tottenham set for Solomon talks

Shakhtar Donetsk chief executive Sergei Palkin has revealed the club will seek compensation from Tottenham for winger Manor Solomon.

Solomon joined Spurs on a free transfer in July 2023 after a FIFA ruling allowed foreign players at clubs in Russia and Ukraine to suspend their contracts immediately following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

At the time, Shakhtar threatened legal action, believing Solomon had a market value of around €20million (£16.9m), and they are now set to reignite those discussions after the Israel international moved to West Ham this summer for an initial £5m fee.
