Jennifer Lopez channels old Hollywood glamour in a strapless black gown as she joins Pamela Anderson and Heidi Klum at star-studded Vogue World event in Milan

It was a star-studded affair for the Vogue World event held in Milan on Tuesday night which attracted some of the biggest names in the fashion and celebrity world.

Coinciding with the start of Milan's Fashion Week, Vogue headed to the city to host the spectacular event, held at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, which is the oldest shopping arcade in Italy.

Jennifer Lopez, 57, led the arrivals as she turned heads with her usual Hollywood glamour - showing off her incredible curves in a low-cut black gown from Dolce & Gabbana.

The strapless corset-style dress was teamed with chic sheer gloves, a statement silver and emerald necklace and pointed heels to boost her height.

She was flanked by designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana as she left her swanky hotel earlier in the night to head to the venue.

Meanwhile, Pamela Anderson, 59, was the epitome of sophistication in a gold silk Ferragamo gown and on this occasion did opt for a glowing face of makeup after recently choosing more natural looks.

Elsewhere Heidi Klum, 53, Naomi Campbell, 56, and Monica Belluci, 61, all opted for chic black looks as they posed up a storm ahead of the show. 

Actress Dakota Johnson, 36, was also in attendance as she flashed plenty of skin in an open black jacket which she teamed with a stylish sheer skirt. 

Hunter Schafer, Amy Jackson and her husband Ed Westwick, Jason Momoa and Donatella Versace were among the other huge names in attendance.

Gigi Hadid and Cardi B were among the famous faces modelling on the runway for the show, while singer Alicia Keys gave a performance on the catwalk. 

The theme this year for the Vogue event was 'craftsmanship and the human touch' in the age of technology. 

Vogue's global editorial director Anna Wintour said of the event: 'Milan is one of the great European capitals of craftsmanship, where heritage and modernity meet, and where art, literature, opera and industry have long converged.

'There could be no better place for Vogue World to honour everything that is extraordinary about this city than the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.' 

Vogue plan to showcase 'the timeless story of Made in Italy' with acts focused on Italian handcrafts and innovation.

She also took on a dance with Italian tennis player Lorenzo Musetti on the catwalk 

She made sure all eyes were on her as she posed up a storm

She worked her best angles for the camera as she posed up a storm before heading inside

She later strutted her stuff down the catwalk

On this occasion Pamela did opt for a glowing face of makeup after recently opting for more natural looks

She looked stunning in the quirky silk dress and toted a sleek black bag

Pamela gave a friendly wave to her fans as she arrived

She added a chunky gold necklace to the look

Heidi left little to the imagination in her sheer ensemble 

She added dark shades to her look and boosted her height with strappy heels

Heidi looked as sexy as ever in her black look

She looked stunning in her all-black look as she arrived at the event 

She delicately exited the car

And gave a warm smile for the cameras 

There will be a special musical collaboration with the Teatro alla Scala Chorus and Vogue have promised there will be 'a few special guests' who will make an appearance for the show.  

The event will raise money for the redevelopment of the Quarto Oggiaro Library in northwestern Milan. 

Following the main runway event, the public can visit an exclusive lifestyle hub called the Vogue Café, running from Thursday to Saturday at the historic Palazzo dei Giureconsulti. 

Milan is the fifth edition of Vogue's global fashion spectacle.

The famous shopping area was used for the show which was held in Milan 

Vogue World started in 2022 in New York. 

After the Covid pandemic, they helped revitalise the city's Fashion Week with a catwalk show on the street. 

The following year it headed to the historic Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London and then headed to Paris in 2024, with more than 500 models, athletes and performers participating in the show. 

Last year, Vogue World took place in Los Angeles with Nicole Kidman making a surprise appearance in custom Chanel on the catwalk.
