Grand Theft Auto 6 is just weeks away, and the past five years almost feel like a fever dream at this point. After multiple dramatic delays and a slew of rumors that were impossible to parse, not to mention leaks galore, we're finally in the home stretch to what could well be the biggest gaming event in history. Recently, after a wave of CyberLeeks leaks that gave us an unexpected look at gameplay itself, Rockstar's official Netflix preview blew expectations out of the water and kicked the hype meter to the max.

Aside from Netflix's preview, Rockstar has also been posting several new screenshots and even revealed some of the tracks we can expect on the OST, as well as a controversial, overpriced collector's bundle. Now, it appears Rockstar wanted to give fans even more to lose their minds about with yet another massive preview that's officially available to check out now (via X).

With GTA 6 now only weeks away from its November 19 launch, Rockstar Games has delivered another major surprise preview, this time pulling back the curtain on one of the franchise's most beloved features: its radio stations. The developer has officially detailed six stations players will be able to tune into as they venture across Leonida, promising the "biggest and widest-ranging selection of in-game radio yet."

Rockstar says GTA 6's overall radio lineup will cover everything from classic rock, modern hip-hop, pop, and even metal, as well as dance, Latin music, electronic, blues, ballads, talk radio, podcasts, and plenty more. The six stations showcased in the initial preview offer a primer of the varied final selection we're likely to get.

Cocoteo FM is apparently dedicated to contemporary Latin music, covering styles including bachata, merengue, dembow, and reggaeton, with rapper/songwriter Bad Bunny and RaiNao serving as hosts (via Pitchfork). Back Country Radio goes in a very different direction with "renegade country" and a lineup featuring Morgan Wallen, Lana Del Rey, and Jeremy Dufrene as hosts. AfroBank FM focuses on African music ranging from older classics and lesser-known tracks to amapiano and 3-step, curated by Burna Boy and Palms Trax.

Jason and Lucia dance together at a club, wearing Vintage Vice City clothes, in GTA 6.

Metal fans get The Chamber 106.6, hosted by Slayer's Kerry King and Tom Araya and built around classic metal from the 1980s onward. Its preview includes Black Sabbath's "I," Pantera's "I'm Broken," and Slayer's "Raining Blood." Flash FM also makes its return as a Vice City institution, with Robyn and Alex Consani handling a pop-focused station featuring artists including Charli xcx, MGMT, Zara Larsson, and PinkPantheress. Finally, Dirty South Classics brings regional Southern rap and hip-hop into the mix, hosted by Trick Daddy and Trina.

Fans don't have to wait until GTA 6 launches on November 19 to get a taste of Leonida's airwaves, either, as Rockstar has created a dedicated music page where players can preview each of the six stations revealed so far. The page also offers a first listen to music from Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, including six debut singles that are already available in full.

Rockstar is also expanding the concept beyond traditional car radios, and for the first time in the series, GTA 6 will feature on-demand podcasts, while Jason and Lucia can continue listening to both radio and podcasts after leaving their vehicles by using headphones or earbuds connected to their smartphones. That small addition is a perfect example of the finer details that are likely to take the experience over the top, and could make music feel like an immersive piece of Leonida instead of something players only experience behind the wheel.

Considering these are only six of the stations Rockstar is highlighting ahead of release, the complete radio lineup could be enormous. More importantly, the preview is just a small taste of what GTA 6 fans have to look forward to in terms of immersion when the full game launches next month.
