The NBA season is here — for Indiana Pacers fans, that means the return of Tyrese Haliburton, who has been in solid shape during the preseason after missing all of last season with an Achilles injury (not that Pacers fans need a reminder).
Halliburton’s return shakes up an already very shaken-up Eastern Conference, which has seen major roster changes for the Boston Celtics, the Miami Heat, and the Philadelphia 76ers.
It’ll be a can’t-miss season, and as usual, there are a number of networks and streaming services fans need to keep up with the action. Here’s what Pacers fans need to know.
Where to Watch Indiana Pacers Games This Season
National coverage of NBA games is split between ABC, ESPN, NBC, and Prime Video, while non-nationally televised games air locally, often on RSNs (Regional Sports Networks). RSNs are typically bundled with cable packages, but fans who just want to follow one team can subscribe to a service like DAZN, which offers a more affordable way to keep up with your team.
For Pacers fans, DAZN is now the official streaming home of locally broadcast games, after the team’s previous RSN ceased operations. That means that Pacers fans who want to tune in to every game will want to include DAZN in their streaming plans. Pacers games on DAZN are available to fans who live in the region.
DAZN offers two tiers for fans — there’s the Ultimate plan, which is currently available for $80 for the season, and the Standard plan, which is discounted to $60 for the season. The tiers will cost $140 and $120 after Oct. 28, so it’s a good idea to subscribe soon. Additionally, DAZN offers a seven-day free trial for new subscribers.
Both tiers offer every local game live and on demand, plus downloads to watch on the go. The Ultimate plan adds the ability to stream on up to five devices in two locations, streaming of up to four games at once, and the ability to watch from different camera feeds.
DAZN is available as a mobile app or on TV operating systems, including Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV, and Samsung.
