Nobody Wants This season 3 release date, trailer and latest news

Hit comedy-drama Nobody Wants This returns to Netflix later this month, with a season that should (hopefully) prove less tumultuous for its central couple.
Rabbi Noah (Adam Brody) and his agnostic girlfriend Joanne (Kristen Bell) spent time apart during season 2, as the latter was initially uncertain about converting to Judaism.
In the end, she decided she was ready to do so – although Noah separately concluded he needed her back either way – and the pair are now cohabiting in a major new step.
The team behind the series have opted to give Joanne and Noah an easier ride this time around, going so far as to call it a "champagne season".

Co-showrunner Bruce Eric Kaplan told TUDUM: "After the ups and downs of Noah and Joanne in season 2, it was really important to us to be like, 'Let's let them have their moment now of settling in and having fun'."
Creator Erin Foster, who has a cameo role in the new episodes, added: "We wanted to make sure that this couple is still fun and flirty with each other.
"That's the thing that makes them special and why they like each other so much."

Nobody Wants This season 3 plot: What is it about?
The official synopsis for Nobody Wants This season 3, courtesy of Netflix, teases that Joanne and Noah will be getting "that 'first time' feeling all over again".
It continues: "After recommitting to each other at the end of last season, Joanne and Noah are moving into a home — and a relationship — that finally feels solid, embracing every exciting 'first' that comes with building their life together."
Meanwhile, the recently separated Sasha and Esther will be navigating the "awkwardness (and unexpected thrill)" of early dates, while Morgan "takes her career to the next level".
What happened in Nobody Wants This season 2?

If you need a refresher, you came to the right place.
Last season, Noah ended things with Joanne because she still wasn't ready to convert, and he didn't want to pressure her – fearing she might wake up 20 years later resenting him.
But just when it seemed like it was truly over, Joanne had an epiphany after a conversation with Esther: maybe she was ready, after embracing the Jewish traditions she'd been introduced to – and realising how much she connected with them.
Joanne then raced to find Noah, just as he raced to tell her that none of the external noise mattered – she was his soulmate. Cue another swoon-worthy kiss.
The series, inspired by creator Erin Foster's real-life experience of meeting and eventually marrying a Jewish man after converting herself, seems to be pointing toward a happy ending for these two.

Elsewhere, Morgan nearly married her former therapist, Dr Andy, after chasing the kind of love her sister had found. Thankfully, she decided against it and is single once again.
Her flirtatious dynamic with Sasha mellowed in season 2, evolving into a more conventional friendship. But with his marriage now on the rocks, could this open a very risky door for them?
Sasha and Esther spent much of the season trying to reconnect and even discussed trying for another baby. Yet by the finale, Esther concluded their marriage wasn’t working and decided she needed a break.
