KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 30 — Malaysia has finally welcomed DCU’s Clayface to the big screen, and audiences have already responded positively.

Despite the positive reception, the film has yet to dent Jailer 2’s box-office dominance, with the Rajinikanth-starrer continuing its run at No. 1.

Street Fighter and Whalefall are also holding their places among the country’s top five cinema releases, joined this week by two fresh arrivals: South Korea’s BTS World Tour ‘ARIRANG’ In Buenos Aires: Live Viewing and Japan’s anime Crayon Shin-Chan The Movie: Spooky! My Yokai Vacation.

The streaming charts are seeing a change of pace as well, with Doctor X: Mafia in White moving ahead of Kudrat 1968 to claim the top spot on Netflix following the conclusion of the latter’s series last week.

Meanwhile, Viu’s horror mystery The Hidden Hand (Dia Perempuan Sialan) continues to lead the platform’s rankings, while Between Steps is keeping viewers engaged on Disney+.

From the latest big-screen releases and popular streaming titles to music chart hits and books hitting the shelves, Malay Mail brings you what’s making waves in entertainment to catch this weekend.
