Airport bando

Translate
  • People attend a “bando” in a restricted area of Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport’s Terminal 2 yesterday. Minister of Transportation and Communications Chen Shih-kai attended the traditional banquet, which showcased Taiwanese cuisine newly available at the airport. “Delicious cuisine is Taiwan’s name card” and now travelers can taste local delicacies from across Taiwan here, Chen said, adding that hopefully more public-private joint efforts would turn the airport into a window through which the world can learn more about Taiwan.
