‘The Voice’ Launching TikTok Live Companion Show Hosted by Creator Josh “Bru” Brubaker

The Voice is gearing up to give viewers a special look at the behind-the-scenes of the show with the launch of its first-ever TikTok Live companion show, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Launching Nov. 9 and continuing through the season 30 finale on Dec. 14, Josh “Bru” Brubaker will host the new show weekly on Mondays that streams 20 minutes before each broadcast and continues through the televised show. The TikTok Live show will feature interviews with The Voice artists and coaches, serving as “the ultimate, unfiltered backstage pass to the high-stakes live shows exclusively on the official Voice TikTok handle.”

“Each week, the livestream will elevate the fan experience with rotating celebrity co-hosts, special guest appearances, and deep-dive looks into the high-energy backstage environment that can only be unlocked on TikTok,” a description reads. “From raw, unscripted emotions minutes after performances to the pulsing real-time energy of the studio, viewers won’t just watch The Voice — they’ll live it. They’ll be pulling back the curtain on The Voice like never before.”

Bru said in a statement shared with THR, “I grew up watching The Voice, so getting to go from being a fan of the show to actually being part of it is one of those moments that feels almost too surreal to put into words. Bru, also known professionally as Bru on the Radio, is an Emmy-winning host, known for sharing behind-the-scenes looks at his radio career hosting on Audacy. He has over 5 million followers across platforms, and hosts The Bru Show weekdays on Audacy pop stations across the country.

The Voice is currently airing its 30th season, with Adam Levine, Kelly Clarkson, Queen Latifah and Riley Green serving as coaches.
