Transfer news LIVE: Arsenal target Brazil wonderkid; Man Utd twist; new Chelsea target; Camara to Liverpool

Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham are getting their ducks in a row with the January transfer window drawing steadily closer. Arsenal are said to have made an approach for Eli Junior Kroupi and set their sights on a youngster dazzling in the Brazilian youth ranks. The Gunners are also rumoured to have their eyes fixed on Julian Alvarez, Kim Min-jae, Antonio Nusa and Alberto Costa.
Manchester United are pondering a shock swoop for Leeds striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, while they could yet battle Chelsea and Arsenal for Jacobo Ramon. Michael Carrick remains under pressure, too. Chelsea could strike a deal for Alex Scott before the New Year, while they are also being linked with a stunning move for Trent Alexander-Arnold. Liverpool are believed to have made contact over a deal for Lamine Camara, who missed out on a late switch to Stamford Bridge in dramatic fashion on Deadline Day.
Tottenham could target the likes of Ibrahim Maza, Nicolo Tresoldi and Alex Freeman, though they will not receive any further funds for Harry Kane despite his Ballon d’Or win this week. Follow all the latest transfer news, rumours and gossip live below!

Alonso rules out Estevao loan after squad decision
Xabi Alonso has insisted Estevao is not available for loan in January.
The Brazilian has been peripheral at Chelsea this season, but has been handed a surprise start as the Blues host Man United this afternoon.
It has been reported that Estevao’s frustration with his situation had led club’s to enquire about potential January transfers, but speaking on Friday, Alonso ruled that out unequivocally.
“No discussions about that,” Alonso said at his pre-match press conference. “It’s no secret that all players want to be on the pitch.
“When any of them haven’t had enough minutes because of my decision, I have to take the responsibility for that. But everyone has to be ready because in any game they could be important. Este, his training and his attitude has been good.”
