Emmerdale's Lisa Riley shares emotional tribute as Vinny exits soap

Lisa Riley shared an emotional goodbye to her co-star Bradley Johnson after her on-screen son left Emmerdale. Bradley portrayed Vinny Dingle for eight years on the ITV soap, confirming his rumoured exit last week.
Last night, Vinny was sentenced to 10 years in prison for one count of death by dangerous driving after causing Jimmy King's death on the day of Joe and Dawn's wedding back in August.
He shared tear-jerking moments with Mandy Dingle, Paddy Kirk, and Aaron Dingle as he prepared to go to prison.

Following the emotional scenes, Lisa took to social media to pay tribute to her co-star and how their final scenes are "imprinted on her heart".
Sharing a beaming selfie while holding the clapperboard from the soap, she wrote: "My Brad… my Vinny… Mandy’s ORIGINAL sweetheart… my work son… my friend for life.
"We’ve been through so much together, you will be in my life forever. May you move forward with honesty, determination, drive, excitement, and the knowledge that you have so much more to do.
"Vinny has been a great chapter in your life, but now you have to go and make a full book with many many many many more chapters."
She continued: "You know how missed you will be around the building - but the good news for you is, you won’t hear me yelling down the corridor, 'have you seen my glasses?' 'have you got my glasses?' 'have you seen my flask?' 'have you got my flask', I love you loads.
