行政長官李家超表示，《香港第一個五年規劃》不會有修訂版，如果出現一些不想見到的情況，一定會在《施政報告》交代，亦會於向國家主席述職時匯報。

李家超又表示，《五年規劃》訂出的105個指標，全部都要落實。
