Juventus have only played five matches of the 2026-27 Serie A season, but have already had an alarming build-up of injuries that has left them without star attacker Kenan Yildiz, key midfielders in Khephren Thuram, Manuel Locatelli and previously Weston McKennie as well.
The Bianconeri were left without nine of their first team players for their fourth Serie A match of the season, which ended in a 3-2 defeat against Sassuolo.

Italy international Andrea Cambiaso has missed the last four matches across all competitions with an ankle injury as well, but according to Tuesday’s reports from Gianluca Di Marzio, the versatile full-back trained partially with the group that has stayed at Continassa during the international break.

Kolo Muani, meanwhile, required surgery to fix a fractured finger on Monday. He has not yet returned to training, but is already back in Turin and trained on his own in the gym on Tuesday. The club is hoping that he will be back and available for selection immediately after the international break.
