In this new Fortnite season, you can only get the Pirate Shop Token by opening chests during Battle Royale.

Although the chance of receiving this reward is entirely luck based, getting the token will not only mean you have the item shop for free for 14 days upon activation, but it also entitles you for another 14 days of free item shop rewards in 2027.

And if you are playing with friends, only one player needs to open the chest for the entire party to also receive the token.

How rare is the Fortnite Pirate Shop Token?

As there are so many benefits for you and your friends if you land the Pirate Shop Token, this means that the item is incredibly rare, and there's only a very slim chance of opening a winning chest.

Most rewards will end up being gizmos or cosmetics, but, just like a real treasure hunter, getting the token for free Pirate Shop access is possible with a bit of luck and effort.

But for One Piece fanatics, the prospect of being able to get unlimited free access to all One Piece collaboration items is a pretty amazing deal – just make sure the skins you want are in the shop before you activate your token!
