Disney Hikes Price Of Disney+ and Hulu Streaming Plans

Disney has raised the prices of most Disney+ and Hulu streaming plans with the biggest increase for Premium subscriptions, which that are ad free. It’s the latest in a round of price hikes by streamers and Disney’s fourth in as many years.

The new prices, which makes the company’s bundles proportionally more attractive, raise Disney+ Premium and Hulu+ Premium individual plans to $21.49 a month from, up $2.50, or 13%.

Ad-supported plans for each are seeing a 50-cent bump to $12.49.

The price of the ad-free Disney+ and Hulu bundle is rising by $2 a month to $21.99. The ad-supported bundle is staying flat at $12.99.

The Disney+, Hulu, ESPN bundle with ads is increasing by $2 to $21.99 a month.

The Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Select Bundle Premium (ad free) is increasing by $3 to $32.99.

The Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited Bundle (with ads) is staying flat at $35.99, as is the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited Bundle Premium (ad free) at $44.99.

There’s been a steady drumbeat of streaming price hikes as companies over the last few years — and months — as companies moved away from a focus on subscriber additions to profitability. Apple TV+ raised its prices in August, NBCUniversal unveiled price hikes for Peacock in September.
