Bridgerton star Sabrina Bartlett has tied the knot with her businessman fiancé Lachie Stewart in an idyllic Tuscany wedding.

The actress, 35, is famed for playing lovelorn opera star Siena Russo in the Netflix regency series, whose affair with Viscount Anthony Bridgerton ended in heartbreak.

But in real life, Sabrina got her happy ending as she wed her partner of three years in a stunning ceremony, with the star looking gorgeous in a strapless ivory gown.

Taking to Instagram on Friday, Sabrina confirmed that the pair had said 'I Do' on August 29, as she showcased her beautiful wedding photos, captured by destination photographer and cinematographer, Kreativ Wedding.

The shots, taken at La Pescaia Resort in Maremma, show Sabrina wowing in her wedding gown which featured a corseted bodice and full skirt with a flowing train.

Meanwhile, her new husband cut a dapper figure in a classic black tuxedo, with Lachie seen looking emotional as he watched his bride come towards him.

Sabrina got her happy ending as she wed her partner of three years in a stunning ceremony, with the star looking gorgeous in a strapless ivory gown.

The newlyweds looked besotted as they posed for a number of shots, including one of them showing off their wedding rings before they were seen gazing into each other's eyes in a sweet clip.

Other images captured key moments of the day, including Sabrina walking down the aisle, the couple posing with their loved ones for official photographs and the pair receiving a warm welcome at their reception.

Captioning her post, Sabrina penned: 'To our beloved friends and families, thank you for making memories with us that will last a lifetime.

'And to our beautiful team, thank you for making our dreams come true.'

Sabrina announced her engagement on Instagram, with a photo of herself and her beau on holiday in Australia as she flashed her ring.

She captioned the update: 'Lach'd in' followed by a ring emoji, amid a slew of congratulatory comments.

No doubt the London-born star is delighted to have found the one, after her relationship with actor Tom Greaves ended in 2021 and prompted her to move back into her parents' seaside home in Kent.

The couple who were together for three years, shared a flat together in east London, but broke up after Tom, best known for his role in the 2018 Peter Rabbit film, had reportedly 'moved on'.

At the time, a source told the Daily Mail's Katie Hind that they had been, 'very much in love' but added: 'He is ten years older. Things just didn't work out. She is living with her parents while Tom has moved on.'

Sabrina first came to public attention after she signed up to play Mariette Larkin, the role that launched film star Catherine Zeta-Jones's career, in a remake of nostalgic ITV drama, The Darling Buds Of May based on the 1958 H E Bates novel.

Speaking ahead of the series launch in 2021, the actress gushed about the love fest on set, she said: 'I felt very at home with everybody, sort of like falling down the rabbit hole and having a family overnight.

'After such a hard year for everybody, I think even being on set at all was such a privilege.'

But it seems that such happy days were fleeting, after Sabrina, who starred alongside Bradley Walsh and Joanna Scanlan as Pop and Ma Larkin, quit the show after one series, following an on-set disagreement.

At the time, her publicist told the Daily Mail that the star was leaving due to 'scheduling issues' but sources claim that her decision was driven by a clash with her co-star.

Indeed, the disagreement, which was described as ‘sensitive’ also sparked her move to part company from top agent Independent Talent Group, who had secured the career-boosting ITV contract.

Sabrina was said to have made a complaint about her co-star Tok Stephen’s behaviour in a scenario that gave the network a ‘big headache’ after her grievances were not upheld following an investigation.

She then decided to quit before the second series, leaving Tok to continue in his role as the Larkins lodger, Cedric, Charley Charlton, portrayed by veteran actor Philip Franks in the original.

Sabrina was eventually replaced by Emmerdale actress Joelle Rae, who continued in the role of Mariette where she had left off.

Having previously enjoyed roles in the ITV drama Victoria and Netflix’s Bridgerton, she can now be seen in drama I Jack Wright on Sky.
