本港負資產住宅按揭貸款3819宗 按季減少逾12%
金管局數字顯示，截至第3季末，負資產住宅按揭貸款宗數3819宗，按季減少逾12%；涉及金額173億元，按季減少約12%。無抵押部分金額8億元，按季減少1億元。
金管局說，有關個案主要涉及銀行職員住屋按揭貸款或按揭保險計劃貸款，按揭成數一般較高。
拖欠3個月以上負資產住宅按揭貸款比率升至1.34%，按季上升0.09個百分點。
