Arsenal XI vs Bayern Munich: Confirmed team news, predicted lineup, injury latest for Champions League

The Gunners travel to Germany to take on Vincent Kompany's side in a blockbuster Champions League showdown.

Eberechi Eze started on the left wing in Arsenal's win over Nottingham Forest on Sunday, but he struggled and was replaced at half-time.

Madueke came off the bench to score the winner and he has looked bright in his appearances on that flank.

Mikel Arteta is unlikely to make wholesale changes but his squad is strong enough to rotate slightly without weakening the side.

Jurrien Timber is likely to come in at right-back, as he continues to share the minutes with Ben White.

In midfield, Myles Lewis-Skelly will hope to get his chance over Bruno Guimaraes, while Martin Zubimendi is available again after a minor hamstring issue.

However, Arteta has handed Zubimendi limited minutes this season and it would be a surprise if he started him in Arsenal's toughest test of the campaign so far.

Kai Havertz has not been at his best since the international break, leaving Arteta with a decision to make up front.

Viktor Gyokeres, who is yet to score for Arsenal this season, has started both Champions League matches this season.

However, Arteta so often turns to Havertz in the biggest games and there is every chance he does so again in Munich.

Predicted Arsenal XI: Raya; Timber, Konsa, Gabriel, Calafiori; Rice, Lewis-Skelly; Saka, Odegaard, Madueke; Havertz
