Ait-Nouri targeted by Juventus after Manchester City struggle

Juventus are ready to try for Rayan Ait-Nouri in January after his struggles to get regular playing time for Manchester City, claims the Gazzetta dello Sport.

The left-back had already been a transfer target last year for Juve and Milan, then again over the summer and there were negotiations, but he opted to remain at the Etihad just a year on from his €36.8m move from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Ait-Nouri still on Juventus radar

It is safe to say that decision has not really paid off, considering he has been given only two appearances this season, for a grand total of 105 minutes on the pitch.

Despite that, Ai-Nouri still managed to contribute an impressive three assists, including in the Champions League opener away to FC Porto.

According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus have contacted the Algeria international’s entourage to ask after his availability for a potential January move.

Considering the lack of playing time, Manchester City could also be open to a loan with option to buy deal.
