HBO's Harry Potter is the most expensive trip to Hogwarts.
In an enlightening report by The Times, HBO's adaptation of the beloved fantasy novels could eclipse the budgets of Warner Bros.' own adaptations of the Wizarding World. Harry Potter season 1's budget reportedly reached £150 million halfway through production, with more spending expected to follow. The most expensive, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 & 2, reportedly cost $250 million and had the highest budget, meaning HBO's adaptation could have surpassed that figure.
