PHILADELPHIA -- Running back Saquon Barkley and receiver DeVonta Smith are among the prominent Eagles players who have been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London.

Smith (hamstring) will be sidelined for the second straight game while Barkley (hamstring) will miss his first start of the year after exiting early in the first quarter last week against the Los Angeles Rams.

New starting center Drew Kendall (knee) was not able to practice this week and has been ruled out. He took over center duties in Week 2 for Cam Jurgens, who moved to left guard to account for the absence of Landon Dickerson.

Jurgens, a two-time Pro Bowl selection at the center position, was traded to the Baltimore Ravens on Wednesday.

Jake Majors lined up at center during the portion of Wednesday's practice open to reporters.

Safety Marcus Epps (groin) and receiver Hollywood Brown (ankle) have also been ruled out. Edge Jonathan Greenard (ankle) is questionable despite not practicing this week.

Greenard left in the third quarter against the Rams and did not return. He missed the first two games of the regular season with a pec injury.

The short-handed offense will get a key player back in tight end Dallas Goedert, who injured his knee Week 2 against the Tennessee Titans. Linebacker Zack Baun has cleared concussion protocol and is expected to play as well.

Quarterback Jalen Hurts appeared on the report Friday with a calf injury but has no designation.

Coach Nick Sirianni confirmed receiver Dontayvion Wicks injured his hamstring during Thursday's practice. He was able to practice in a limited capacity Friday and does not carry an injury designation.
