KUALA LUMPUR: As the countdown continues to the Kidsnergy Malaysia International Games 2026, held in conjunction with National Sports Day on Saturday, the Kidsnergy x iMedia Pickleball Day featured Kidsnergy ambassador and founder Goh Liu Ying.

The former national mixed doubles badminton specialist recently conducted a pickleball coaching session as part of the participants' journey to build confidence, skills and sportsmanship ahead of the main event this weekend at Arena Sukan Kuala Lumpur.

From technical training sessions and challenge matches to content creation activities with iMedia and a sharing session titled "My Pickleball Story," every activity provided children with opportunities to learn, play, challenge themselves, and showcase their potential before the Kidsnergy Malaysia Games in December.

"In addition to being exposed to Pickleball Technical Training, Dynamic Warm-Up an Sports Recovery sessions, and the Kidsnergy Challenge Match, participants were also given the opportunity to share their personal stories under the theme My Pickleball Story," said Liu Ying.

Liu Ying added that the pickleball session serves as a platform for participants to prepare for the Kidsnergy Malaysia International Games 2026, which will feature badminton, pickleball, volleyball, and Kidsrix.

In conjunction with National Sports Day, the Kidsnergy Malaysia International Games 2026 will feature badminton and volleyball this Saturday and Sunday, while the pickleball competition will be held from Oct 16-18.

"Kidsnergy Malaysia Games brings together sports, skills development, friendship, and experiences within a single Kidsnergy community platform, offering multiple sports under one community," said the Rio 2016 Olympic silver medallist.
