There are several surprises in Gennaro Gattuso’s squad list as Lazio face Milan this evening, with Danilho Doekhi ruled out by surgery, but Danilo Cataldi is included.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome at 17.00 UK time (18.00 CEST).

The Aquile are going into this clash with a 100 per cent league record, having won all three matches in the tournament so far this season.
They are still without injured Nicolò Rovella, Adam Marusic, Patric and Fisayo Dele-Bashiru.
However, a late addition to the absentee list is defender Doekhi, who had been expected to be in the starting XI.

A statement confirms the summer signing as a free agent had surgery yesterday in Rome with the application of a metal plate and screws to treat a fracture of the metacarpal in his left hand.
This is likely to require only a short time out, after which he can play with a protective cast over his hand.
Meanwhile, Cataldi is back in the side ahead of schedule, and Andrea Pinamonti has shaken off an ankle knock he sustained in the 2-1 win over Udinese.
