Hyderabad Gears Up For Highly-Awaited Leg Of NDTV-AM Green-IGPL Golf ProAm

A fascinating day of golf is set to take place at the Hyderabad Golf Club as the second round of the NDTV-AM Green-IGPL Golf ProAm kicks off on Saturday. The day's action is set to begin with the opening ceremony, which will be headlined by chief guest Konda Visheshwar Reddy, Lok Sabha Member of Parliament, and IGPL CEO Uttam Mundy. Golfing action begins just around noon. After the sporting activity, the event is set to conclude with a grand trophy presentation ceremony.

Gaurav Gala, Executive Editor, Sports, NDTV, highlighted the symbolism of the arena and the heritage behind it ahead of action on Saturday.

“Extremely unique. History and a lot of heritage. There is a 400-year-old tree here, which is a sight to behold. There is also the historic Golconda Fort. The players at the event are in for a very picturesque round of golf.”
