A newlywed husband suddenly died just three days after getting married in Las Vegas.

Tammy Bishop and Will Mulroy from South Dakota were married at Viva Las Vegas Chapel on October 20 and celebrated with a partybus tour of the Strip.

The couple met in 2023 and got together in March 2024. A week later, Mulroy got into a motorcycle crash which left him paralyzed and wheelchair bound.

On their way home, Mulroy was in a lot of pain and suggested they go to the ER shortly after they get back, Bishop said.

The next morning, she couldn't wake him up and that's when she called 911.

At the hospital, doctors declared Mulroy brain dead, Bishop told Fox 5.

Mulroy spent 24 hours on life support and his heart stopped three times during that time, KPTV reported.

'This morning - Will stopped breathing- and was taken by ambulance to Sanford Hospital,' Bishop wrote in a social media post.

'It just doesn’t make sense. When we started dating, that’s when the accident happened, then we got married, and it’s hard,' she told Fox 5.

Tammy Bishop and Will Mulroy got married at Viva Las Vegas Chapel on October 20. Three days later, he was taking to the hospital and pronounced dead

'I’m going to have to continue the next chapter without my Will. I’m not sure right now - how I’m supposed to process and navigate,' Bishop wrote on social media after her husband died three days after their wedding

According to Bishop, Mulroy lost his ring at some point during their Vegas trip.

'We got to a bar and he looked down and his band was gone and he lost it. He started crying,' Bishop told Fox 5.

She said the ring was too big on him as he had recently lost weight.

Bishop said her and her late husband looked for the ring everywhere before leaving, but never found it. She hopes a stranger will find it and return it to her.

'Now that I don’t have him, the rings were blessed, and that was our wedding ring, and that was him and how much it meant to him. That’s why it means so much to me,' she told Fox 5.

'I’m going to have to continue the next chapter without my Will. I’m not sure right now - how I’m supposed to process and navigate,' Bishop wrote on social media, 'I know that God is with me. I don’t understand the “why” - but I do know I have to live by faith.'
