‘HERE WE ARE: CHAPTER YANALA AURAS’
In a personal Instagram post, Ayanda explained that she has been working tirelessly to bring YaNala Auras to life.
However, fear of failure almost engulfed her, as she had originally intended to launch the brand in August 2026.
She also revealed how the name YaNala Auras came about, adding that her faith was the catalyst behind forging ahead with the venture.
“I’ve been silently, tenaciously working on this baby. I intended to launch in August, but I chickened out. I was absolutely fearful of failure,” she began.
“And that’s the honest truth. But then I remembered I wrote a book because I was God-led. I yielded.
Here too, I yielded. And my soul remembered what it’s like to be carried,” she added.
“To trust not in the process but in the processor. So here we are in chapter YaNala, a combination of Yahweh (Divine God) and Nala (Abundance, also my name),” she wrote.
FLAIR FOR INTERIOR DECOR AND SUPPORT FOR BLACK-OWNED BUSINESSES
Over the years, Ayanda has often shown support for black-owned businesses in South Africa. Now, she finds herself on the receiving end of that support, thanking those who have shown interest in YaNala Auras.
In June 2026, Ayanda praised the impressive service of Dreamy Furniture, a black-owned business in Johannesburg that manufactures in luxury couches and headboards.
She had bought couches for her living room, which elevated the look and feel of her home’s interior.
