EgyptAir temporarily suspends flights to Riyadh

EgyptAir announced the suspension of flights from Cairo and Alexandria airports to Riyadh due to the temporary suspension of operations at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, resulting from regional tensions and the Saturday attack at the airport.
The airline indicated that flights will remain suspended until operations resume at King Khalid International Airport, in coordination with Saudi civil aviation authorities.
The airline further confirmed that passengers holding confirmed tickets for the affected flights who wish to change their itinerary to another direct destination within Saudi Arabia on EgyptAir flights may do so without incurring any modification fees or fare differences.
It added that customers wishing to cancel tickets for flights affected by the cancellations may obtain a refund without incurring any cancellation fees, in accordance with established procedures.
