LBS unveils premium freehold landed township in Kwasa Damansara

KUALA LUMPUR: LBS Bina Group Bhd (LBS) is set to introduce a new 77.82ha premium freehold landed township master planned around a 19.82ha forest park in Kwasa Damansara.

Located within the southern precinct of the wider 913ha Kwasa Damansara master plan, The Reserva will feature a diverse collection of bungalows, semi-detached homes and superlink homes.

The development is located in a quieter part of Kwasa Damansara while remaining within reach of established areas including Kota Damansara, Sungai Buloh, Tropicana, Bandar Sri Damansara and Ara Damansara.

Its freehold tenure is also expected to distinguish the development within the Kwasa Damansara vicinity, where the wider township is emerging as a new growth area in the Klang Valley.
