Law & Crime Signs With WME (Exclusive)

Translate

Law & Crime, now the owner of Court TV, has signed with WME for representation in all areas, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

The true-crime brand was founded by CEO Dan Abrams; Rachel Stockman is president. Law & Crime features a podcast network and produces across social, digital, television and streaming (including Paramount, Netflix, HBO, A&E, Fox Nation and Investigation Discovery). Law & Crime operates four 24/7 networks and has produced more than 2,200 episodes across 40-plus original series. (Mainstream Law & Crime hits include Handsome Devil: Charming Killer on Paramount+ and Jailbreak: Love on the Run on Netflix.)

Combined, Law & Crime and Court TV reach more than 12 million YouTube subscribers and 24 million social followers. Their courtroom proceedings, legal analysis, investigative reporting, documentaries and original programming have generated more than 1.25 billion social video views in just the first quarter of 2026. They amassed more than 700 million hours of content watched across platforms in 2025.

WME will work with Law & Crime to “expand its network of talent and shows and support opportunities across digital, scripted and unscripted television, creator partnerships, live events and other strategic ventures,” the parties told THR.

THR profiled Abrams in May. The former court reporter is busy even beyond Law & Crime, which is his primary gig these days. Abrams also serves as chief legal analyst at ABC News, founder and CEO of website Mediaite, host of SiriusXM radio series The Dan Abrams Show (SiriusXM POTUS) and host and exec producer of the cable series Court Cam (A&E) and On Patrol: Live (Reelz). Abrams even owns a winery (Ev&Em) and a Rotten Tomatoes-for-booze company The Daily Pour. In his nonexistent down time, Abrams writes books — he’s actively working on Scars, Sanity and a Six-Pack at 60, which is due out in January from Simon & Schuster.
