Das Bundesverfassungsgericht wird 75 Jahre alt. Deutschland feiert dieses Jubiläum seines wichtigsten Gerichts und fünften Verfassungsorgans mit einem Festakt.

Genau 75 Jahre nachdem das Bundesverfassungsgericht am 28. September 1951 feierlich eröffnet wurde, kommen dazu in der Stadthalle Karlsruhe rund 1000 Gäste aus Politik und Gesellschaft zusammen.

Das ZDF überträgt den Festakt live, moderiert von ZDF-Rechtsexpertin Sarah Tacke und mit Andreas Voßkuhle, dem ehemaligen Präsidenten des Verfassungsgerichts, im Gespräch.
