The Brooks Hyperion 3 is a lightweight neutral trainer built with a foam sole that keeps runners comfortable on roads. This version added 2 millimeters of stack height over the last version and kept an 8 millimeter drop, which gives the shoe more cushioning without dulling its quick, responsive feel. Even with all that built-in support, the shoe is also relatively lightweight, weighing just 8.2 ounces.

The weight makes it a good option for tempo runs, as well as hefty distances, as the mesh upper is breathable and the padded collar and tongue add even more comfort. The sneaker is currently on sale for 50 percent off in two colors (Coconut/Ipanema/Nightlight and Luminary/Black/Yellow) and a few other colors are 30 percent off.
