Como and Italy striker Moise Kean has been ruled out for another five weeks following specialist treatment for a shin injury that has been dragging on for months.
The 26-year-old has struggled with the recurring problem ever since his time at Fiorentina, before making the transfer to Como in August.
He suffered another setback while on international duty for Italy, much to the anger of Como, and had not featured for the club since September 20.

With no recovery in sight using conservative treatment, Kean visited a specialist in Barcelona, undergoing an unspecified treatment at the world-renowned Cugat Institute.
A statement from the club confirms the treatment was carried out successfully, and the recovery time is estimated at around five weeks.

It is therefore more than likely we won’t see the centre-forward back in action until December at the earliest, depending on how the recovery process develops.
