運輸及物流局長陳美寶今日（30日）在立法會交通事務委員會宣布，中九龍繞道（九龍灣段）會在12月6日通車。該段繞道將東連將藍隧道、西接去年底通車的繞道（油麻地段），貫通組成6號幹線。
