KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia opened mixed on Monday as investors weighed firmer regional markets against lingering concerns over the US Federal Reserve's hawkish stance and elevated Treasury yields.

The FBM KLCI opened 1.36 points lower at 1,664.20.

The key index is expected to remain in correction mode, trading within the 1,660-1,680 range today.

In the crypto market, Bitcoin extended its rally to RM330,166.

Ethereum and Solana also rose to RM10,847 and RM453, respectively.
