39歲男警休班時被指在去年8月於荔景地鐵站的扶手電梯上偷拍一名女子裙底，他否認非法拍攝或觀察私密部位罪，案件今（28日）於沙田裁判法院開審。事主供稱，案發當天她穿着及膝連身裙，乘上扶手電梯時感覺膝蓋後方受硬物觸碰，她轉身看見被告手持電話，並嘗試越過她往上逃走。案件下午續審。
