Chrishell Stause, G Flip Break Up as Selling Sunset Star Hints She Was Blindsided
The sun will never set on Jason Oppenheim's love for Chrishell Stause.
After the Selling Sunset alum shared that she and G Flip broke up following three years of marriage, her ex-boyfriend expressed support for both of them during this difficult chapter.
"I'm really sorry to hear this," Oppenheim wrote in an Oct. 26 comment under her Instagram post. "I'm thinking of you and sending you my love. You're both beautiful people and sometimes things just don't work out, but it certainly doesn't mean anyone failed."
The Selling Sunset star—who dated Stause for five months before splitting in 2021—also emphasized that healing will simply take time.
"There's probably nothing anyone can say to make you feel better right now, it might just take some time to process," he added. "But please know that you're very loved and I'm always there for you no matter what."
Stause confirmed on Oct. 27 that she and G Flip (real name Georgia Claire Flipo) closed the deal on their breakup after tying the knot in 2023, describing the update as "pretty humbling."
"We have agreed to treat this public separation with love and respect for each other," she said in the Instagram video. "I don't have all the information and reasons, and I'm sure, just like always, with time you get the lessons you're meant to get. I know that will happen, and I'm going to heal and everything is going to be fine."
The 45-year-old—who was married to Justin Hartley from 2017 to 2019 before she dated Oppenheim—decided to share the update in a video because she felt fans deserved more than a written statement, had she and the Australian musician worked out in another life.

"You have been so supportive and so loving and we really appreciate it," she continued. "I don't know what else to say, you guys. I feel like a little bit of a failure. There is nothing you can say about me that would be worse than what I say to myself, so I just have to heal and figure this out. It's hard. It's painful."
Stause—who had multiple wedding ceremonies with G Flip over the years, though no official marriage license was ever filed—has always put her heart on her sleeve. And looking back, she has no regrets about doing so in their relationship.

"It's really hard and stressful to share this information because I'm kind of going through it," she said. "I will always love G, and I don't ever really see that changing, and this sucks, but everyone deserves to be happy and I wish that for both of us."
