Stevo Simple Boy Undergoes Fertility Test Following Paternity DNA Results
Kenyan musician Stevo Simple Boy has undergone a semen analysis to assess his fertility following recent DNA test results that confirmed he is not the biological father of his former partner Brenda’s child, Dragon Junior.
Sharing the update on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, the Freshi Barida hitmaker explained that he sought the medical evaluation to address questions surrounding his fertility in the wake of the public paternity fallout.
“Nilienda kuangalia kama naeza zalisha” [I went to check if I can father a child], Stevo shared.
The medical check comes a week after Stevo officially announced his separation from Brenda on October 20, 2026, following the DNA results. At the time, the rapper described the outcome as difficult to process, noting that he chose to handle the breakup with dignity and respect.
During the consultation, medical practitioner Dr. Peter Ngumba explained the purpose of the test to Stevo, detailing the specific parameters used to evaluate semen and sperm quality.
“Stevo came today so we could perform a semen analysis. Since we established Stephen Junior is not your child, we now want to confirm whether you have any fertility issues or if your partner simply carried someone else’s pregnancy,” Dr. Ngumba explained.
Dr. Ngumba noted that Stevo was instructed to abstain from sexual activity for three to seven days prior to submitting a sample. He added that the laboratory would analyze key factors including semen volume (aiming for at least 1.5 mL), sperm concentration (a threshold of at least 15 million sperm per milliliter), motility, progression, and overall sperm structure.
