Liverpool forward Bradley Barcola has become the latest player to score a hat-trick for the club in the European Cup, taking the number of such performances in the competition to 13.

The France international scored three goals as Liverpool defeated Austrian side LASK 6-3 in Linz on Wednesday, October 14, during the second matchday of the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League league phase.

According to a report published on Liverpool’s official website after the game on Wednesday night, Barcola’s treble was the club’s first in the competition since Luis Diaz scored three times against Bayer Leverkusen in November 2024.

10. Mohamed Salah — October 12, 2022
