Ranji Trophy 2026-27: K.L. Rahul scored just one run off 20 balls before Saurabh Kumar dismissed the Karnataka opener against Andhra on Tuesday.

India and Karnataka opener K.L. Rahul was dismissed for one off 20 balls by Saurabh Kumar on day three of the Ranji Trophy match against Andhra in Vijayawada on Tuesday.
Rahul had managed just four runs in the first innings.
The outing is intended to give Rahul valuable red-ball practice ahead of India’s upcoming tour of New Zealand.
He will also feature in three red-ball matches for India A on the shadow tour, which begins on October 26 in Lincoln, as he builds towards the two-Test series.
Rahul’s last Test outing for India was during the Sri Lanka series in August, where he made 135 runs in two matches.
