Emmerdale airs Cain Dingle warning as Sadie King closes in on the Miligans in early ITVX release

Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) has warned brother Caleb Miligan (William Ash) of just how dangerous Sadie King (Patsy Kensit) can be in Emmerdale.

But will he listen?

Scheming Sadie, not content with trying to ruin Nicola King's (Nicola Wheeler) life, has decided to stick around the eponymous village and form a union with Home Farm millionaire Joe Tate (Ned Porteous).

He's determined to avenge late fiancée Dawn Fletcher's (Olivia Bromley) death, firmly blaming Caleb and his wife Ruby (Beth Cordingly) for orchestrating the series of events that led up to her untimely demise. In one instance, Joe buried Ruby alive, though has warned the couple that this wouldn't be the end of their torment.

Joe has taken on Sadie as his right-hand woman, and tasked her with finding information that could be beneficial to his plight.

She returned with news that Ruby was estranged from her father Anthony, completely unaware that he'd sexually abused his daughter during her youth and that he was eventually murdered in 2024. Joe warned her not to dig any further, and to find something else.

In today's episode, after striking herself a plush new home at The Mill and a job working with Ruby at her wine importing business, Sadie was thrilled to an afternoon of drinks with her new neighbours. A drinking game devised to divulge secrets began, with Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) and Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) referencing Ruby's earlier affair with Cain.

She didn't want to talk about it, though Sadie said they could perhaps compare notes given her own relationship with the Dingle patriarch. Sadie also questioned whether Caleb knew, and then found out that he'd also been unfaithful on a number of occasions.

With this in her mind, she gave a series of flirty remarks towards Caleb before heading to The Woolpack with the other women. Of course, her plan here is to seduce him and break up the Miligans' marriage.

Cain witnessed their drinking session and was stunned to see that Sadie was sticking around, and so followed his brother into the toilets. Cornering him, he warned that Sadie couldn't be trusted and could well destroy his life if he wasn't careful.

Convinced he could outsmart her, Caleb insisted that there was nothing to worry about.

Might he regret his words?
